Popis: | 1. A method was developed and substantiated for holographic recording of residual stresses. In constrast to well-known methods [1, 2, 4], this method does not use the solution of model problems of the theory of elasticity. It ensures a minimal measurement base equal to the spacing of the interference frings and makes it possible to graph the distribution of residual stresses along the line of the cut. 2. Algorithms for analyzing the interference patterns were developed and substantiated. The algorithms are distinguished by a low level of error in the determination of the displacement and residual-stress fields. 3. Study of the residual-stress distribution from the static loading of a flat duralumin specimen with a circular hole confirmed the promise and the reliability of the method developed here for recording and analyzing holographic interference patterns. |
