Popis: | 1. The results show that the probable interpretation of Hashin's failure criterion makes it possible to calculate the life distribution of a unidirectional composite in a plane stressed state on the basis of the results of tests carried out with simple type of loading. 2. The linear damage cumulation law was used to estimate the scatter of the life values of the composite under random loading caused by the scatter of the fatigue strength values of the material. 3. A method was developed for calculating the fatigue life distribution of a composite laminate in a plane stressed state. The method is based on calculation of failure in the individual plies using the linear damage cumulation law and the concept of the determining layer. |
