| Popis: | In a context of economic crisis and ageing population arises the idea of social investment as the preparation of citizens throughout their lives to confront risks. It supposes a better use of public resources, so it can result in considerable savings later on. In this context, a number of innovations are emerging, most enabled by Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs).
