Popis: | The results of the development of the supersonic plasma torch for deposition of high-density functional coatings are presented. It was established that the use of a supersonic flow permits to raise the average velocity of the sprayed particles from 300 m/s to 700 m/s and more. The heat resistance studies results of the intermetallic Ni-Al coatings sprayed in subsonic and supersonic regimes are presented. The metallographic studies results of coatings from tungsten carbide sprayed with supersonic flow of air plasma are also presented. It was shown that the porosity of the high-hard coatings was less than 0.4%. |
