Popis: The article proves that the peculiarities of the market of intellectual property and intellectual and innovative technologies is the fact that its subjects are also authors (developers, rights holders), enterprises and organizations, as well as the state, which uses appropriate legal mechanisms to regulate the intellectual property market. property and intellectual and innovative technologies. It is substantiated that the intellectual property market is a set of supply and demand (sellers and buyers) for the results of innovation and intellectual activity, which are protected by exclusive rights, contain new knowledge embodied in intellectual property. The scheme of market commercialization of intellectual and innovative technologies and interaction of the basic subjects which take direct participation in this process is offered. It is determined that recently the activity of the subjects of the Ukrainian market of intellectual property has significantly decreased (2020 was to some extent a failure in the number of applications). Hopes for a significant improvement in the situation in 2021 following the results of work for 9 months of 2021 also do not give much optimism. According to the results of 9 months of 2021 compared to the corresponding period of 2020, the total number of applications for industrial property increased by 7.5% due to increased activity in filing applications for inventions (+7.0%) and trademarks (+12, 9%). The number of applications for utility models and industrial designs decreased by 23.3% and 1.4%, respectively. Many problems that exist in Ukraine and abroad in the development and implementation of intellectual technologies, including intellectual property, in the activities of industrial enterprises and creative organizations have been identified. The unsatisfactory state of the Ukrainian market of intellectual and innovative technologies and intellectual property indicates that domestic enterprises do not fully use intellectual property in their production and commercial activities. This situation has a negative impact on management efficiency, reduces product quality and competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises in the world market. They lag behind the level of foreign businesses in the number of innovative decisions made and innovative products used. Therefore, changes in the management of intellectual property are needed to improve the performance of industrial enterprises.
