Popis:	he greatest width as well as thickness of he tumor was found in patients with the ighest expression of p53 protein (score 4). t was found a statistically significant effect f p53 protein expression on tumor length nd also there was a trend of larger values f all tumor sizes (width, length and thickess) in patients with expression of p53 rotein more than 10%. Prognostic signifiance of p53 overexpression for the OSCC ecurrence and/or metastatic disease has ot been determined. The study of the molecular pathogensis of OSCC could help in prediction of he clinical behavior of the tumor and therpeutic modality of treatment. Conflict of interest: None declared.
