There are a large quantity and various types of damaged land which haven't been reclaimed in Chinese mining area and it's hard to reclaim. The size of the reclamation is small, the type of reclamation is mostly based on economic land, and the number of ecological and social reclamation is small. It is the challenge of land reclamation that how to make full use of the land comprehensive reform policy and build a new mechanism to promote reclamation in the mining area. This paper proposes to encourage reclamation supervisors, volunteers and social funds to invest in reclamation by making full use of new arable land reclamation, urban-rural construction land transfer, reclamation of ecological land and social land market in mining area under the premise of allowing the collective construction land closed circulation to improve the comprehensive performance of land reclamation within the county area. |
