Popis:	Granulomatous lobular mastitis (GLM) is a rare benign disease of the breast and its aetiology is unknown. Its presentation is often similar to that of breast carcinoma’-R, but the most appropriate management may be nonsurgical; for this reason surgeons and pathologists involved in the care of patients with breast disease should be aware of GLM. We present two cases, summarize a number of others and review the relevant literature.
