Popis: | YAG:Ce ceramics are synthesized from charges of stoichiometrical composition in the field of a powerful stream of high-energy electrons. The structure of the resulting ceramics is characteristic of YAG:Се, and intense luminescence of the ceramics is observed upon UV excitation by chips at 460 nm. High-temperature annealing alters the color of the ceramics. |
