Popis:	Endovascular embolization techniques are the preferred treatment modality for the management of direct Carotid Cavernous Fistulas (CCFs).We report two cases of patients treated with SOV approach and retrograde embolization with Precipitating hydrophobic injectable liquid (PHIL) and coils.
