Popis: | An economical rectification approach to produce iso-pentane component from hydrocracking light naphtha for aviation gasoline fuels is proposed in this research. Normal alkane is removed by adsorptive separation method before the light naphtha goes through rectification processing. The results of Aspen Plus simulation shows that the adsorptive pretreatment can help to save more than 60% energy consumption for rectification process to produce pure iso-pentane. If the top product contains 10% 2, 2-dimethyl butane, it will have better property and meet all the other requirement in the ASTM D910 specification. |
