Popis:	According to the latest consensus, depending on the leading pathogenetic mechanism, 5 types of myocardial infarction are distinguished, among which the second type is the most complex and often controversial from a clinical point of view. In this article, we tried to dwell on the key points in establishing type 2 myocardial infarction using clinical examples.
