The Torque Heel is an appliance used to correct the tibial torsion deformities. In this paper is shown the design and the material to manufacture a prototype of the Torque Heel in Cuba. Results are obtained through: experimentation applied to acquire the material used and determination of the design strength by the Finite Element Method. |
