Popis: Aim-background An inflammatory pseudotumour is an uncommon lesion originally described in the respiratory tract. It is currently established that it can occur in a variety of locations, including the pancreas. The aetiology is still not defined. Histological features include inflammatory and other mesenchymal cells without signs of malignancy.
