Popis: | Disruptive selection in inbred propagation is carried out to obtain sensitive and resistant strains of two-spotted spider mite Tetranychus urticae Koch. to malathion, bifenthrin, abamectin, and bromopropylate. Mites resistant to malathion are crossed with resistant mites of the other lines obtained. Females of interlinear hybrids are compared in terms of mortality rates with mites from homozygous lines showing resistance to any of these insectoacaricides. The testing is carried out family-wise by the diagnostic concentrations of the toxicants. The mortality of interlinear hybrids in all variants of crosses was double that in homozygous mites with a resistance gene only to the active insectoacaricide. The results obtained suggest that the interaction of resistance genes in interlinear hybrids of spider mites to insectoacaricides of different chemical classes occurs according to the epistatic type. The resistance gene to the active toxicant is hypostatic. |
