| Popis: | Уровень доступности и качества медицинской помощи, эффективность деятельности системы охраны здоровья определяется состоянием и развитием первичной медико-санитарной помощи. В последние годы Российская Федерация достигла значительного экономического роста, в результате чего было увеличено финансирование отрасли здравоохранения, а также созданы перспективы ее дальнейшего развития. Планомерно проводимая Министерством здравоохранения Российской Федерации работа существенно повысила уровень обеспеченности населения первичной медико-санитарной помощью, увеличился объем профилактических, оздоровительных мероприятий, повысились эффективность и качество диспансеризации пациентов, а уровень временной и стойкой утраты трудоспособности снизился за счет расширения гарантированного объема бесплатной медицинской помощи. Все эти мероприятия нам удалось объединить в единый предлагаемый нами термин «амбулаторнодополняющие технологии». The level of accessibility and quality of medical care, the effectiveness of the healthcare system is determined by the condition and development of primary healthcare. In recent years, the Russian Federation has achieved significant economic growth, as a result of which the financing of the healthcare sector has been increased and the prospects for its further development have been created. The systematic work carried out by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation has significantly raised the level of availability of primary healthcare to the population, the volume of preventive and health improvement measures has increased, the efficiency and quality of clinical examination of patients has improved, and the level of temporary and permanent loss of ability to work has decreased due to the expansion of the guaranteed scope of free medical assistance.
