Popis: | An analysis of bending of plate on elastic foundation dealing with the Ritz method is presented. The elastic foundation is modeled as Winkler foundation with linear variation stiffness. The solution is obtained by applying Ritz method for simply supported rectangular plate. The displacements, moments and stresses for plate predicted by analytical method are then compared to those of finite element method which provided as a verification. |
