Popis: | Discussions about diversity are often addressed in the People Management area, but concerning the Marketing area, especially regarding consumption, the approach is incomplete, requiring, therefore, attention. Thus, this essay aims to start a discussion on the importance of seeing the minority groups, considering their aspirations and anxieties. For this, was realized a theoretical review supported statistical data of the Brazilian reality. The analysis of the review supports reflection about the need for debate, because of incipient amount of papers on this theme in Brazilian academia. Thus, we intend to contribute to the advance of this discussion. |
