Popis: | This paper proposes a DRAM frequency selection method based on memory usage. The proposed method was implemented and tested with embedded Linux on a system equipped with a multicore processor and 2GB LPDDR3 RAM. Experimental results show that our method enhances energy efficiency of the device by up to 18%. |
