Objectives: Heart failure is one of the most common chronic cardiovascular diseases, which often triggers disability or death. Health-related Quality of life (HRQoL) is one of the most critical factors in deciding how to treat these patients. In this study, we want to figure out the effect of different factors on the quality of life in patients. Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed on 129 patients with heart failure referring to the center of Afshar Hospital in Yazd City, Iran 2017-2018. The standard (Shot Form survey) SF-36 questionnaire was used to measure different dimensions of quality of life. Results: In the present study, 77 men and 52 women with heart failure were included and the relationship between comorbidities, heart failure classification factors, age, sex, and history of hospitalization with quality of life was measured.
