Popis:	The utility of protein hydrolysates extracted electrochemically from crustaceans (Gammarus pulex and shrimp) as major components of microbiological nutrient media was demonstrated. Saprophytic soil bacteria of the genera Bacillus and Pseudomonas and the family Enterobactericeae displayed good growth and typical colony morphology on the experimental media in question.
