Popis:	This study aims to highlight the importance of empathy in TVET lecturers to develop healthy lecturer-student relationship. Because healthy lecturer student relationship is crucial for better student learning, achievement and lecturer's own well-being. Therefore, this article is important in helping TVET lecturers to understand the importance of empathy and enhance their ability to empathize with their students. This is an effort to make realize the importance of empathy towards creating strong bonds with students for their better learning and ultimately producing good human beings.
