Popis:	The European Model for Total Quality Management underlies the European Quality Award, organised by the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) — of which BT was a founder member. One of the nine criteria of the model, now widely used for self-assessment by organisations of all types, is named “Impact on Society”. In this criteria, self-assessment should “demonstrate the organisation’s success in satisfying the needs and expectations of the community at large”.
