The topic of the final qualifying work: "High-rise office building with underground Parking for 38 parking spaces in St. Petersburg".In this final qualifying work, project documentation was developed in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation â 87 dated February 16, 2008 "On the composition of sections of project documentation and requirements for their content" for the construction of a high-rise office building with an underground parking lot.The purpose of the work is to choose the optimal energy saving method for the designed building and analyze its efficiency.To achieve this goal, the following tasks are set:1) Consider energy saving methods in construction;2) Choose the optimal energy saving method for the designed office building;3) Compare solutions for the selected method and choose the optimal one;4) Analyze the amount of resources being saved.Based on the analysis, the use of energy-saving window systems was chosen as the optimal method of energy saving for the projected high-rise office building.The calculation results allow us to conclude that the energy that will be saved when using an energy-saving system during one heating period was: 4,24 Gcal. |
