Popis: | This paper deals with the control of a multi-inverter microgrid operating in standalone. In a microgrid with multiple inverters in parallel, difference in voltage set point, impedance can lead to large circulating currents exceeding the ratings of inverters. This paper proposes the use of proportional resonant (PR) controller in three phase parallel inverters that can help in reducing the circulating currents. The scope of this paper include comparison of circulating current in three phase parallel inverters while using PR controller and Proportional Integral (PI) controller with linear (balanced and unbalanced) and nonlinear loads. The effects of the controllers are analyzed through simulation studies in MATLAB/Simulink. |
