Popis: | This paper addresses considerations for the performance of MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) Antennas to support LTE in an automotive environment. In the paper performance of roof mount antennas are measured as well as antennas located in the interior of the vehicle. The interior antenna performance is compared to a set of reference antennas located on the roof with a large separation for decorrelation to support a good MIMO antenna configuration. The antennas are characterized as a component and then assessed in a field test. |
