Popis:	Two cases of oral early carcinoma that developed from precancerous lesions showed the usefulness of mucosal staining with iodine and toluidine-blue solutions during follow-up. The appearance of toluidine-blue stained areas and enlargement of iodine-unstained areas indicated transformation from epithelial dysplasia.
