Popis: | Using the example of agricultural research institutions, the mathematical model of managing the effectiveness of information scientific and educational resources performing the following main functions is considered: communication – among the academic community; educational, which plays a key role in increasing the intellectual potential of a much wider audience of the country than students alone, with the inclusion of managers, specialists, future applicants, the entire population, which is especially important for the successful digitalization of the economy, the low level of which leads to human unpreparedness for advanced technologies, rejection of them; innovative – for the transfer of these resources into the economy in order to develop a digital tool for an adequate and timely response of regulatory authorities to the latest huge political, economic, social events taking place in the world, intensified by the COVID-19 pandemic, universal digitalization and total sanctions.
