Popis: | In this work, we present a study on an effect of a channel width variation in a synaptic pass-transistor (SPT) on a power consumption. The power consumption has been changed with different channel width, while other geometry parameters of the SPT remain same. A relationship between the power consumption and channel width is analyzed with a device simulation. Consequently, it is found that SPT can operate with low power depending on the channel width, maintaining the synaptic operation in the SPT. |
