Popis: | The development status of the temperature control system of sealing machine is analyzed, the working principle of the seal and experiment are introduced. Currently, the heat output of sealing machine used by enterprise is consistent every move. Residual heat was repeated superimposed lead to the wreck of the package material. A new type of temperature control system based on fuzzy PID is designed which can output stable heat. Control system which is built in microcontroller was based on PROTEUS. The model of fuzzy PID controller which is established by using MATLAB to simulate the heat output. The results indicated that the system has better performance with ideal rapid responsible heat output and load disturbances. |
