Popis: | The performance of an optical system depends on its aberrations. One way to reduce aberrations is a careful a priori optimization of the lens design. For a given system the introduction of a compensation hologram can lead to a perfect system. For this purpose, however, the exact lens data needs to be known or the compensation data has to be measured. In this paper, we present a novel method for the measurement and the application of compensation holograms using spatial light modulators. |
