The wide distribution of rubber-reinforced tracks requires a revision of the basic principles of drive sprockets designing, their teeth and gearing, to ensure the best life of the elements of the tracked gear and the quality of the pin engagement itself. The formula for determining the dependence of geometric parameters of the engagement according to force, which provides no slip in the engagement are given. A method for determining the range of optimal geometric parameters of an engagement is shown using this dependence, in which there is no slip in the engagement when the spool moves along a spanning arc using the example of a specific undercarriage system. Experimentally confirmed the adequacy and reliability of theoretical provisions. |
