Popis: | 1. Inverse pole figures were plotted to study the texture of the weld seam and transition zone as well as the original sheet of low-alloy molybdenum alloy TsM-10. To a certain extent the weld metal “inherits” the texture of the original metal. If the texture of the original sheet exhibits substantial scattering then it is possible for high-angle boundaries to form in the weld seam, which is the cause of easy nucleation of cracks. As the result, the weldments fracture at low values of applied stress. 2. High ductility of weld metal can be obtained only with an original material in which the preceding mechanicothermal treatment has created texture with minimal scattering of the principal orientation. |
