Popis:	This paper is major on discussing the paper of Barzilai, Cook and Golany published in Operations Research Letters to discuss consistent weights for judgment matrices of the relative importance of alternatives. We point out that they misuse the reciprocal operation to imply meaningless alternatives such that their challenge to conventional AHP is not well founded. Our findings should result in the development of both the theoretical and practical applications.
