Popis: La formacion de profesionales de las especialidades y carreras tecnicas, tanto del nivel medio como en la Educacion Superior constituye una de las prioridades del sistema educativo, en tanto aportan la fuerza de trabajo calificada al sector laboral. Para lograr este objetivo es necesario a su vez preparar a los profesores, los cuales son los encargados de dirigir el proceso de ensenanza aprendizaje en correspondencia con los actuales avances y nuevas exigencias de la ciencia y la tecnologia, a traves de la investigacion educativa. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo determinar las relaciones esenciales que contribuyen al desarrollo de la Didactica para la formacion de profesionales en las carreras y especialidades tecnicas, a partir de la investigacion educativa con vistas al enriquecimiento de su marco teorico referencial. Palabras clave: investigacion educativa, didactica, formacion de profesionales Abstract Training professionals of the specialties and technical careers, both mid-level and higher education is one of the priorities of the education system, while the workforce provide skilled labor sector. To achieve this goal it is necessary to turn preparing teachers, who are responsible for directing the process of learning in line with current developments and new requirements of science and technology through educational research. This paper aims to identify key relationships that contribute to the development of Teaching for training of professionals in career and technical specialties, from educational research with a view to enriching their theoretical framework.
