The topic of the final qualifying work: "Development of scientific and technical foundations for the creation of turbine installations with external heat supply on hydrogen and mixed with hydrogen fuels."This work is devoted to the study of the possibility of creating a power plant with external heat supply, operating on fuels such as natural gas, hydrogen and their mixture in various proportions. Tasks set during the study:1. Development of a methodology for calculating the thermophysical properties of fuel combustion products;2. Development of a method for calculating a thermal circuit with an intermediate heat supply and a tubular heat exchanger for heat supply;3. Determination of the parameters of the working process in the thermal circuits of the installation, the main characteristics;4. Selection of optimal parameters and characteristics of the microturbine installation;5. Determination of design parameters and subsequent calculation of heat exchangers, analysis of the results obtained.For practice, the possibility of using hydrogen fuel to increase the efficiency of the installation and environmental friendliness is of interest. A prototype of the MTG-100 installation was selected, an experimental calculation was carried out in order to determine the optimal parameters. The results of this work indicate the possibility of efficient use of hydrogen fuel for this type of installation. |
