| Popis: | The paper is devoted to estimating the midmarket running annual revenue of investments in the development of residential real estate under socioeconomic and town planning of the housing sphere. It provides variants of midmarket running annual revenue of investments in the development of residential real estate taken from different sources. The obtained coefficients allow us to shift from estimating the running annual return on investment in relation to the cost of construction to estimating this return in relation to the total investment cost. |
