Popis:	In the review there are main radiobiological concepts analyzed, and some details of low radiation action on the organism discussed. The transfer of high-dose radiation mechanisms of action on the low-dose radiation is seemed to be incorrect. The ways of low-dose radiobiology problems are discussed.
