Popis: | The Putranjiva biodiesel blend’s impact combined with copper oxide nanoparticles on a single-cylinder diesel engine's performance and emission characteristics was considered in the present research. At dosing levels of 25 ppm, 50 ppm, 75 ppm, and 100 ppm, respectively, copper oxide nanoparticles were chosen as fuel additives, and a biodiesel blend is prepared by mixing 80 percent diesel and 20 percent biodiesel Putranjiva. The research study noted that the presence of a highly reactive surface prompted chemical reactivity, resulting in improved combustion. The biodiesel blend’s distributed nanoparticles’ brake thermal efficiency and specific fuel consumption improved. Incomplete combustion products such as carbon monoxide, unburnt hydrocarbon, and smoke density have also substantially decreased. |
