Sila-Pharmaka. 13. Zur Synthese des Sila-Bencyclans, eines Silacycloheptan-Derivats

Popis: Es gelang, das Sila-Analogon des Arzneimittels Bencyclan (4) uber die Rkk. 6–9 und 11 sowie ein strukturahnliches „Sila-Chlorbencyclan” (5) uber die Rkk. 6–8, 10 und 12 darzustellen und diese in ihre Derivate 12–14 zu uberfuhren (Schema 1). Bei Versuchen zur Darstellung der Silacycloheptan-Derivate 9 und 25, konnten die Cl- bzw. H-silylsubstituierten Hexene und Hexane 17 sowie 20–23 und die Silacyclohexan-Derivate 18 und 24 erstmalig nachgewiesen werden (Schema 2). Die neu dargestellten Verbindungen wurden in ihren Eigenschaften charakterisiert (Tab. 1) sowie in ihrer Struktur uber Elementaranalysen, NMR-, Massen- und IR-Spektren bestatigt (Tab. 2–5). Synthesis of Sila-Bencyclane, a Silacycloheptane Derivative We succeeded in the preparation of an Si analogon of the drug bencyclane (4) via equations 6–9 and 11, of an Si-chlorbenyclane (5) similar in structure, via equ. 6–8, 10 and 12, and in their transformation into the derivatives 12–14 (Scheme 1). Attempts to prepare the silacycloheptane derivatives 9 and 25 resulted in the first-time isolation of Cl- and H-silylsubstituted hexenes and hexanes 17 and 20–23 as well as of silacyclohexane derivatives 18 and 24 (Scheme 2). The novel compounds were characterized in their properties (Table 1) and thier structure was confirmed by elemental analysis, nmr, mass and infrared spectra (Tables 2–5).
