Popis:	Cynotophyllosides M–O, three new polyhydroxypregnane glycosides, were obtained from the roots of Cynanchum otophyllum, together with four known compounds, deacetylmetaplexignin, sarcostion, cynotophylloside J and kidjoranin 3-O-α-diginopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-cymaropyranoside. Their structures were elucidated using extensive spectroscopic methods (in particular, 2D-NMR techniques) and acid-catalysed hydrolysis.
