Popis: In the fourth year of our medical programme, students are required to complete a nine-week rotation in Pediatrics. During the remainder of the academic year students rotate through Obstetrics & Gynecology, Public Health & Primary Care and Psychiatry. The Pediatric course includes a number of assessments: in-course assessments consisting of written reports, presentations, and demonstration of life-long learning skills; clinical skills assessment; a multiple choice question examination; and an OSCE. These many components contribute different percentages to the final results. Previously, this information was manually formatted and distributed. Not only was this time-consuming, but it was also difficult to present the individual student reports in a comprehensive, timely and transparent way during the examination review board meetings. Limited application tools to manage and present these data were available in the market.
