Popis: | The maintenance of the health of the young generation as significant component of economic and social well-being of the nation is one of the main problems of health. An important component of this problem is high-effective dental care for children's population (Akhmetova G. M., 2001). The task of the children's doctor-dentist is to improve the dental status of the little patient, as well as in establishing positive attitudes to dentistry in the future (Gerald Z.; Wright, 1991). It is the results of cooperation with doctor depends not only on the dental status of the child, but also the formation of a healthy lifestyle and the preservation of the psychological sphere for the period of a lifetime. The child's doctor- dentist needs to know psychophysiological features of children of different ages, to be able to identify a rate of anxiety, to form individual psychological approach to each child. The individual characteristics of the child mentality have a great importance in predicting its behavior in dental reception, as a success of productive cooperation is the ability of the dentist to lead of the child behavior during treatment and to avoid conflict with his parents. The result of the absence of psychological contact a dentist and little patient is unfounded expansion indications for the use of general anesthesia when carrying out sanitation of the oral cavity in children of different ages. |
