Popis:	A patient with Wilms' tumor and pulmonary metastases (successfully treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy) subsequently developed a cerebral metastasis. This was treated by surgical excision, radiotherapy, and the continued use of chemotherapy. The patient is living and free of disease five years after craniotomy. Cerebral metastases from Wilms' tumor should not be considered incurable.
