Popis: | In this article, emulsification process of liquid-liquid systems was presented, where the emulsification was conducted using ultrasound energy. Mathematical model describing coalescence and droplet breakage phenomena in the ultrasound field based on the model of Laso, Steiner, and Hartland was proposed. |
