Popis: This paper describes the procedures followed in developing the basis for a comprehensive marketing plan for a state university. The research design for the marketing analysis includes areas of internal and external analysis. Internal analysis areas deal with marketing activities, marketing knowledge, image and need for marketing. External analysis includes image factors, demographic market profiles, presently enrolled students, former students and a competitive analysis.
