The purpose of the work is to improve the processes of interaction with users in state social structures by automating processes.               Work tasks:-        description of the main stages of implementation development;-        description of the features and difficulties in the implementation of the development and implementation of the information system;-        consideration of the main processes, as well as consideration of the nuances of system design; The work was carried out based on information about the activities of such organizations as "Gosuslugi", "PFR" and the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation.Methods: data collection, processing and analysis, comparative analysis, development tools, business process modeling, methods for evaluating the effectiveness of projects.Results of work:-        Analyzed the activities of the organization and identified several problems of the general plan.-        Development and subsequent implementation of information system modules.-        Conclusions are drawn about the complexities and features of the development and implementation of the system in state social structuresThe practical significance of the work is to improve business processes in social organizations. There is an increase in the efficiency of work in the organizations that are the beneficiaries of the implementation. The changes had a positive impact on the feedback received from end users and the financial performance of agencies. |
