Popis: | (Sr0.8Pb0.2)TiO3 (SPT) ceramics would be normal ferroelectrics with relaxor-like character around the Curie point, TC. SPT-MgO composites in the composition range between 0.5 and 5 weight% MgO were prepared and permittivity in the composites decreased. The Curie-Weiss analysis showed the parallel mixing model was suitable for the composites, but decreases in the permittivity around TC are not explained by only the mixing model. Additional reasons are related to the addition and existence of MgO which influenced the permittivity of SPT components in the composites. |
