The article presents the ways to improve the efficiency of personnel management at the enterprise. The approaches of various researchers concerning the definition of the essence of "personnel management" are analyzed. In the course of the study, the complexity and versatility of the problem of forming a personnel management system at an enterprise in modern economic conditions, increasing the uncertainty of the external environment, have been determined. The effectiveness of personnel management has been investigated in the context of the distribution of personnel management functions according to the relevant indicators. On the basis of the calculations and studies, a scale for assessing the level of personnel management efficiency has been developed. The main strategic directions for increasing the efficiency of personnel use and the socio-economic effect as a result of their implementation are separately. |
