Popis: | 1. Basing on the method of calculating adiabatic rectification, a graphical-analytical method has been proposed for calculating the number of theoretical plates in separating a multicomponent mixture of hydrocarbon gases during multistage counter-current condensation (nonadiabatic rectification) with direct contact with a cooled liquid coolant. The calculation takes account of the variable amount of reflux at each stage of separation. 2. This method was utilized to calculate an operating column for separating associated gas, and the average column efficiency as well as the efficiencies of individual column sections were calculated. An increase in efficiency was found in the feed zone, and this indicates increased efficiency of the process on the plates with a high liquid-hydrocarbon content. |
